A 95-year-old legacy
our story
Ours is nearly a century-old tale of innovation, pioneering management, and expertise. Joots is the child of the parent company Premchand Jute & Industries Pvt. Ltd, based in India. The family-run business has been the frontrunner in the Indian jute industry and is recognized as an international leader.
Today, the founder of Joots, Gunjan Churiwal, continues the legacy of the quality-conscious culture handed down to her. Shaped by her Indian heritage and Swedish lifestyle, she was passionate to merge the coveted values of both these cultures. She knew going back to the roots was the only way forward. And thus, Joots was born.

At every step of the way
Discovery
We’ll arrange a meeting to talk through your needs and understand your requirements for particular products and designs. After our initial discussion, we will send you a bespoke package shaped to your brand specifications.
Design
Next, we begin designing and developing the samples. We craft every element of the products with exceptional quality, complete transparency, and strict adherence to standard operating procedures. Once done, we perform a detailed analysis.
Refinement
Samples are sent your way, and you can choose to run your own tests by an inspection agency. We will be happy to assist you in every step of the process. From materials used to any production related questions, we are here to support you.
Manufacturing
The complete production is in-house. The products are packed and shipped to you in a timely manner. We have tie-ups with insurance companies too. However, the process does not end here. Our long-term relationship is just beginning.
